Technical Sales Manager - Animal Nutrition

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Western Europe Area Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial growth of specialty products, working closely with clients across the animal nutrition industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand the specialty product portfolio within your region.
* Gather and analyze market intelligence (industry trends, technical and competitive insights, regulatory changes, opportunities, risks, growth prospects) to support strategic recommendations for Marketing & Innovation.
* Understand client needs and challenges to deliver tailored product solutions.
* Serve as the technical expert for your region, supporting and training sales teams to enhance their technical knowledge.
* Negotiate agreements and oversee their implementation.
* Prospect and secure new business opportunities.
* Ensure smooth order processing and client service.
* Maintain accurate reporting of activities and market data in the company CRM.
Candidate Profile:
* Degree in animal production or related field, with a passion for the sector.
* At least 2 years of commercial experience in animal nutrition.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Skilled negotiator with persuasive abilities.
* Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
