Banco Santander is looking for a Global Product Owner Commercial Digital Channel to join our Retail & Commercial Banking division, based in our Madrid office.
What you will do:
* Strategic Product Vision: Articulate a comprehensive global product vision and strategy for the Commercial Digital Channel. Align this with market standards, customer needs, and focus on digital engagement and onboarding for SME clients. Foster innovation and ensure alignment with business priorities across segments and geographies. Expand platform capacity and integration.
* Data-Driven Approach: Use business intelligence to maximize client engagement and support sales teams with insights, coordinating with data partners.
* Define and Promote the Product Vision: Ensure a seamless experience across all digital touchpoints, aligning with customer needs and business priorities. Collaborate with global and local stakeholders.
* Coordinate the Domain: Manage product features, oversee squads, define epics, and foster a high-performance, client-centric team. Communicate with senior management.
* Drive Agile Product Management: Implement agile strategies, balancing global and local features, prioritizing based on impact and standardization.
* Define and Track OKRs: Set and monitor objectives to deliver business outcomes, using analytics and feedback for continuous improvement.
