We are looking for an expert to work asb Customer Journey Expert Service! /b /ppbr/ppWhat do you need to fulfill this job? /ppbr/pulliWe are looking for a bCustomer Journey Expert /bfor bInvestment Funds Entrusted /b barea /bthat can help us to migrate our broker platform to a new back office system, offering seamless customer processes and new enablers to be faster in future developments. /liliClose collaboration with an agile ING team, responsible to develop, blaunch and maintain an attractive product service value proposition /bon the market providing the highest customer satisfaction and in the most efficient way, reducing complexity and pursuing high quality standars. /liliDefinition, selection and analysis of data to gather insights that enhance the decision-making process. /liliTranslation of business needs into detail requirements for the implementation, covering user experience, non functional requirements and back office proceses.
