A Product Marketing Manager who can bridge Product and Marketing, turning complex SaaS capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for mid and large companies. You are both strategic and hands‑on: able to define go‑to‑market frameworks, craft messaging, and enable internal teams to communicate the product effectively. You understand how B2B buyers think and how to position a software solution in a competitive travel and expense ecosystem.

• Own and drive the go‑to‑market strategy for new features, product launches, and key initiatives
• Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different ICPs and personas.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to translate roadmap and features into customer‑facing narratives.
• Work with Marketing to ensure consistent communication across channels (website, campaigns, sales materials, etc.)
• Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with product storytelling, training, and materials (decks, one‑pagers, battlecards)
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform positioning and GTM decisions.
• Support product adoption and engagement through clear communication and enablement strategies.
• Measure and optimise GTM performance, messaging effectiveness, and product understanding across teams

• 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or B2B SaaS Marketing.
• Proven experience in go‑to‑market strategy and execution.
• Strong ability to translate complex product features into clear business value.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decisions.
• Comfortable in a fast‑growing, scale‑up environment

• Experience in travel tech, fintech, or expense management SaaS
• Background in mid‑market or enterprise B2B environments.
• Familiarity with sales enablement and revenue teams' workflows.
• Experience with product launches in international markets.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution speed, curiosity, ownership mindset, and strong collaboration skills
