We’re increasing our Recruitment Team and looking for a Recruitment Coordinator, willing to join a high energy global Talent Acquisition Team, supporting Unilabs and its group TMC, within the Radiology Business Unit. This position is opened as a maternity cover until end of March 2026, with the possibility to be extended after evaluation.The Recruitment Coordinator plays a significant role by guaranteeing a smooth recruitment process for the candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. The position is remote, and can be based anywhere in Europe, however, since our headquarter are in Barcelona, candidates from this location are very welcome to apply.Role and ResponsibilitiesScheduling and Planning - Carrying out various administrative activities to guarantee an excellent candidate recruitment experience. This includes scheduling phone and teams’ interviews for the recruiters and hiring managers, planning and organising test cases for the radiologists, and supporting the recruiter with the radiologists and their testcases. Overall, the logistics and administration for our testing will be your highest priority. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – You´ll be using jobvite and workable as communication tools with the candidates (asking for documentation, scheduling meetings etc). Working with the ATS also includes pre- and post-congress mailings to our database. References – You´ll be taking reference calls and letters for our new medical hires.Congresses – Supporting the recruiters in organising TMC’s participation in radiology congresses and seminars.General – Overall supporting to Unilabs’ Global Talent Acquisition team and TMC Education, Experience, Knowledge, SkillsScheduling and Planning - You should have at least one year experience with planning and scheduling tasks and assisting and supporting various stakeholders.Educational background – Preferably, you have a university degree.Language skills – We are a multinational and diverse organization; hence, our company language is English, you need to demonstrate an advanced level of written and spoken English. Any additional language is a plus, especially Swedish or Danish.Role Based Competences Independent, proactive and resourceful – You are independent and move ahead with little guidance and great proactivity. Team Player – As you will be working closely with the Recruitment teams, team spirit and cooperation is essential for this position.Organisation and planning - You are proactive and able to plan and execute a complex series of activities; you are good at meeting deadlines; you feel comfortable juggling several issues simultaneously; you like to organize and find ways of making things more efficient.Communication skills – You need to have a clear thought process and the ability to find appropriate vocabulary and a suitable style for different audiences, including senior candidates and external service providers.
