To strengthen our Logistics-department within Tosca, we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Transport Planner!
As our Transport Planner, you'll coordinate and optimize the end-to-end order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning. The role ensures seamless communication among customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, while striving to maximize service levels, reduce costs, and support the continuous improvement of logistics operations across EMEA.
For this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our location in Bönen or Frechen (Germany) or our Madrid (Spain) office or our office in Agrate Brianza (Italy).
Coordinate the entire order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning
Professional communication with our customers, logistic partners and internal stakeholders
Optimization of routes and transport in order to reduce freight costs and ecological footprint
Part of a dedicated European team working together to continuously improve and optimize our logistics across Europe
Relevant professional experience in order processing, logistics, or transport planning, preferably within a European or international context.
Experience working with customers and logistics service providers is highly desirable.
Proficiency in German at a native-speaker level. Good communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to optimize routes and transport to reduce costs and environmental impact.
Competence in using logistics, order management, and planning systems.
