Purpose of role: providing the accounting support to the Finance Manager for MG Spain&Portugal;
Responsibilities
The adecuado candidate will be involved in providing the accounting support to the Finance Manager in the country:
- AP and AR Accounting
- Account Reconciliations
- G/L entries, accruals and provisions
- Payments Preparation
- Customer AR Follow up and Debt Claim
- Customer & Vendor Master Card Maintenance
- Bank postings and reconciliations
- Tax Fillings – VAT – Intrastat – Withholding Taxes
- Internal and External Audit Support
- Invoice creating
- Other related accounting tasks

Qualifications
- Full time in a similar positions at least 2 years.
- Familiar with the Spanish accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluent in English skills (oral and written).
- Able to work under pressure and on different tasks in parallel.
