1. Purpose of the position :
Reporting to the CTO, lead the IT area with a focus on infrastructure, cybersecurity, productivity tools, and digital platforms, including fleet management software and mobile applications. Responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient technology solutions to ensure operational continuity and support across the company.
2. Location : BARCELONA (possibility to be located in Marseille, France)
3. Requirements :
* University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
* Additional training in project management, cybersecurity, or related fields is valuable.
Experience :
* Minimum 10 years in complex, scalable IT environments.
* Proven experience with fleet management software (mobility, IoT, shared mobility).
* Experience leading technical teams and working with agile methodologies.
* Familiarity with remote application and service management environments.
* Experience integrating APIs and SaaS platforms.
Languages :
* Fluent Spanish
* Professional English (minimum B2)
* Professional French (valuable)
4. Roles and responsibilities
Infrastructure and systems
* Manage networks, servers, VPNs, and firewalls.
* Administer office systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
* Oversee backups, cloud storage, and disaster recovery policies.
Cybersecurity
* Define security policies, monitor threats, and control access.
* Conduct internal compliance audits (ISO 27001 desirable).
* Manage perimeter and endpoint protection tools.
Data management and analytics
* Administer and optimize databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
* Implement and maintain dashboards with Power BI or similar tools (valuable).
Business platforms and applications
* Manage fleet management software (vehicles, stations, batteries, etc.).
* Integrate with external platforms: P2P, Intercom, Jira, Zendesk, etc.
* Coordinate maintenance and development of end-user apps (Android/iOS).
* Support continuous integration and remote deployments.
Team and process management
* Manage a multidisciplinary technical team (infrastructure, development, support).
* Define KPIs and the IT department's technological roadmap.
* Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and external consultants.
* Provide technical support to internal and external users.
