MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· New employee's social security registration.
· On-boarding documents management: employment contracts, tax documents, checking new employee's documentation, Social Security documents, etc.
· Active sick leaves follow-up.
· Kind support and attention to employees (English & Spanish).
· Public Administration assignments, among other responsibilities of a personnel department.
JOB DETAILS:
* Full time position (39h/per week). Split shift: from 09:00h to 13:30h and from 14:30h to 18:00h (Monday to Thursday); Friday from 08:00h to 15:00h.
* Permanent contract ("indefinido").
* On-site work with excellent ubication in Barcelona, near Hospital Clinic metro station.
* Salary according to experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Higher education in Business Administration/ Law / Labour Relations/ similar.
-At least, 6 months of experience in a HR/personnel department, doing the mentioned functions.
-Experience in international environments.
-Residence in Barcelona will be a highly valued requirement.
-Bilingual level of English and Spanish (spoken and written)
