About the role
We are seeking a marketeer to own the Content & Brand Strategy for Factorial’s German Market. The role combines strategic planning and hands‑on execution, leading a team of three to build a solid German content roadmap and drive measurable impact across traffic, reach, engagement, and lead generation.
1. Content Strategy & Distribution
- Lead content ideation and provide strategic direction.
- Own the whole German content roadmap.
- Plan distribution across owned and external channels.
2. Brand Projects
- Own brand awareness in the DACH market.
- Execute local brand initiatives, including creative production, media/distribution planning, and rollout.
- Draft local stories for media coverage.
- Brief internal stakeholders for guest articles and interviews.
- Act as point of contact for all social media activities across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Ambassador channels.
- Brief video concepts and coordinate production, aligning with internal teams and managing freelancers.
3. External Campaign Management
- Manage whitepaper campaigns, newsletter placements, advertorials, and mentions in software guides and directories.
4. Performance & Growth
- Adopt a growth‑driven mindset; test, learn, and scale what works.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion, and CRM attribution.
- Use insights to influence future strategy and amplify the reach of successful initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑market teams to share learnings and replicate best practices.
Your Profile
- Excellent writing skills in German (fluid tone, strong storytelling, impeccable spelling).
- 2–3 years of experience in content marketing or B2B copywriting, ideally in SaaS or HR.
- First Team Lead/Management experience.
- A true storyteller who turns insights into content that connects, educates, and converts.
- Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and rigor.
- Team‑player mindset, curiosity, and proactivity.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, Semrush, WordPress).
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools (Notion, Asana, Figma).
- A passion for HR, SaaS, or content marketing trends; enjoy experimenting and staying ahead.
