Our **Advanced Suspension Technologies Business** is looking for a **Program Manager** to join our team in Ermua, Spain.
**What will you do**:
- Ensure a high level of integration and collaboration with the plants and Launch Managers in their program
- Drive to meet customer targets
- Verify the CARs and Business Cases are reasonable and achievable
- Ensure effective and timely scope management with emphasis on customer scope changes and executes the Scope Change process and approval
- Manage program trade off analysis - balancing cost, time, product, and resources
- Take an active “go and verify” approach to program by personally visiting the plants and suppliers at appropriate intervals
- Identify program risks early, develops and executes mitigation strategies, escalates risk to the leadership team and executes the Red Flag process
- Communicate to customer (timing, program status, change management)
**What will make you successful**:
- Master’s degree (preferable in mechanical or electromechanical engineering)
- PMP/ PMI certification is preferred
- Experience in key functional areas: Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality or Purchasing
- Knowledge of production, supply chain, logistics processes
- Working knowledge of APQP/ PPAP process
- Ability to lead, motivate and drive a cross-functional team
- Fluency in English and Spanish required; German language is preferred.
- Ability to travel
