Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
Optimize account performance by improving listing quality and engagement
Track performance and activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance performance and results
Participate in training, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
At least 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles
Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a performance-driven environment
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage
Background in hospitality, property management, or similar industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Full-time position (39 hours/week) in Barcelona
Office-based role with potential for a hybrid model
