We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.
Project: The candidate will act as the link between internal customers and the external vendor responsible for project implementation, collaborating with other business analysts.
* Gather, analyze, and review internal customer requirements; assist in maintaining a backlog in collaboration with the external vendor and other Product Owners/Business Analysts.
* Review each demand in relation to the platform's out-of-the-box features, ensuring that changes follow ServiceNow best practices or proposing alternative solutions.
* Provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities.
* Stay updated with regular product evolutions in their area and share relevant information internally and externally.
* Organize UATs and develop/update key test scenarios with the external vendor.
* Propose improvements within their functional perimeter.
* Facilitate functional workshops with end users, assist the vendor and stakeholders, ensuring key topics are addressed.
* Require 5-6 years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
* Experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
* Good knowledge of ITIL.
* Experience in large transformation projects is a plus.
