Job Description:
As Regional Operational Procurement Direct Spend reporting to EMEA Supply Planning Area you will be responsible for:
Handle Purchase to Pay:
* Ensure daily operation under the procurement policy and process.
* Ensure effective and efficient delivery of core procurement service to end users.
* Cooperation with internal business stakeholders to translate business need into purchasing activities.
Purchasing Data management:
* Ensure timely update of the Data Management related to the Process Order execution.
* (Purchase Info Record, outline agreement, Source List, Master Data)
Import management:
* Manage the import process by coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
* Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and customs declarations, as well as ensure law compliance
Education/Experience:
* Degree in supply chain/ purchasing specialization.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the areas of call Off, operational Procurement.
* Planning and Supply chain Knowledge
Skills/knowledge:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to influence and collaborate.
* IT expertise in SAP, MS Microsoft, Internet
* Fluency in English, verbally and writing. Other language(s) will be a plus.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent Excel skills, enjoy numbers, logic and analytical thinking
* Good team work and interpersonal skills
* Ability to delegate and take clear action.
