Key Responsibilities
* Lead design workshops to document design, leveraging RefModel‑driven best practices for design and for non‑standard areas, evaluating contextual designing, and map the requirements to RefModel with the o9 PMM/Product teams to design new workflows that adhere to o9 functionality.
* Develop a comprehensive technical blueprint outlining the architecture of the o9 planning solution, including software, hardware, and network components.
* Work with o9 DevOps and the Technical Architect to establish the tenant landscape and integration design.
* Architect and deploy data engineering workflows using benchmark data integration products; perform technical data validation with dbt, icedq, Databricks, or similar tools.
* Drive daily technical and design direction in o9.
* Adapt to dynamic business needs and ensure o9 delivers optimal business value.
* Define, document, and maintain end‑to‑end IBP processes, including demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation, and executive review cycles (MBRs).
* Define and track key customer performance metrics with COE support, aligned with expectations, segmentation, capabilities, and SLAs to ensure financial and strategic alignment.
* Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the defined architecture and meets business requirements.
* Own and manage the o9 IBP product roadmap and prioritise features to be enabled in MDLZ.
* Document methodologies and ensure best practices are followed for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
* 12–15 overall years of experience.
* More than 3 years on the o9 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
* Hands‑on technical experience with SQL and MySQL to manage the o9 SSIS layer.
* Hands‑on experience with mathematical and predictive models; proficiency in Python and PySpark is desirable.
* Experience with GIT, Kubernetes, and containerization is a plus.
* Experience with code reviews, code packaging, code/batch dependency management, and library management.
* Experience managing large global teams, including internal and contract resources.
* Familiarity operating in large, complex multinational organizations to create alignment for strategic priorities across diverse stakeholders.
