- Self motivated and highly driven
- Able to meet targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of the Costa Del Sol ranging from Sotogrande to Mijas
- Their own car, Laptop and Phone
Your roles and responsibilities will be:
- Responding to enquiries on properties that come in on a daily basis
- Working with clients to send them properties that suit their criteria
- Touring your clients on the properties that they wish to view
- Negotiating deals with clients and vendors/landlords
- Collaborating with other agents clients and our direct listings
