Job Description:
We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Operations team. This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact. You’ll work in a diverse environment with a passionate team that knows how to have fun along the way.
Responsibilities
* Lead daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations at the fragrance packaging department.
* Manage a team of 60 technicians.
* Oversee maintenance of PKG + MKG.
* Manage top 5 priorities of the plant daily.
* Handle people management and organization weekly.
* Recruitment, FTE budget control.
* Manage yearly training plans.
* Conduct daily/weekly DDS of priority lines.
* Review monthly performance of 100% of packing lines.
* Follow up weekly on PM KPIs (BD + % PM).
* Manage workshop and spare parts.
* Serve as machine safety owner and LOTO leader for the site.
* Develop SOPs for new machinery PM plans.
* Manage assets and CAPEX/OVH accounts.
* Create maintenance budget for FY.
* Manage production administrator and Maintenance CR360.
* Assist task force for priority lines.

The team includes a Corrective Coordinator, a Preventive Coordinator, 6 Shift Coordinators, and around 60 mechanics.
You Are a Coty Fit
You enjoy problem-solving and are results-oriented. As an experienced Maintenance Manager, you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, international environment. You should also have:
* A technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in sectors like pharmacy, food, cosmetics, or automotive.
* Leadership skills: communication, coordination, and team management.
* Analytical thinking.
* Ability to work and lead autonomously.
* Proficiency in English and advanced Spanish.
