What you´ll do
* Supervision and monitoring of technical instructions and aerospace industry standards
* Technical support to the production team
* Translation of engineering designs into plant processes
* Interaction with external suppliers: definition of requirements by line/product
* Support to operators in the daily operations of the production line
* Supervision of product specifications
* Proposal and implementation of technical improvements in the process
What makes you a good fit
* Degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering
* Previous experience in plant production or manufacturing environment (also internship)
* Fluent in Spanish, Upper-Intermediate in English
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Autonomy, determination and individual decision making
* High adaptability and resilience in demanding environments
