Our client is a worldwide famous IoT solution company and we are looking for a young and dynamic HR & Administration specialist for French market. The position is based in Paris with valid working permits in France.
Responsibilities1. HR & Administration (France Focus)
* Manage the full employee lifecycle for the French subsidiary, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding.
* Coordinate with external payroll and legal vendors to ensure compliance with French Labor Law (Code du travail) and timely salary payments.
* Handle daily administrative tasks for the French office (office supplies, document filing, expense reimbursement, etc.).
* Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
2. Regional Support (Europe Focus)
* Support the recruitment process for positions in other European countries (e.G., Germany, UK, Italy), including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination.
* Act as the first point of contact for European employees regarding HR policies, leave inquiries, and general employee relations matters.
* Assist HQ in implementing corporate culture and HR policies across the European region.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR or Admin roles. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
* Language: Native/Bilingual proficiency in French is a MUST. Fluent in English (working language with HQ). Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus but not mandatory.
* Knowledge: Basic understanding of French employment laws and regulations.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
ability to work in a multicultural environment.
* Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
