* Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
* Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
* Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and handle related issues promptly.
* Manage international customer relationships, including contact, meetings, receptions, and visits.
* Supervise timely payment recovery from customers to reduce accounts receivable.
* Assist customers in developing sales policies and promote sales.
Job requirements :
* Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, or related fields; college degree or above.
* 3 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
* Willing to undertake international business trips.
* Good communication skills and strong execution ability.
* Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language, with the ability to communicate directly with foreigners.
* Only local citizens are eligible.
