WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR WORK
As a senior procurement analyst in Consultancy and Professional/HR services categories of the global Aquanima team, we look for a dynamic person who is looking forward to joining a young and multinational team in which to grow.
Your mission will be to gain a comprehensive understanding of the categories of consultancy and professional services assigned to you based on your experience, and to be responsible for both the execution of the global negotiations (RFX) / agreements and the definition of the strategy of the category with a integral base. Some of the tasks to be assigned to you are:
- Analysis and overall understanding of assigned procurement categories across Santander Group: Spend analysis, market trends, etc.
- Coordination and execution of global negotiations (RFX) of the assigned categories: Definition and creation of documents and specifications, analysis of offers, negotiation of contractual terms and clauses, proposal and recommendations to the customer ensuring value and efficiency.
- Create and Manage relationship with customers and stakeholders. Lead meetings with clients to communicate, present and discuss the results of each stage of the negotiation, ensuring transparency throughout the process.
- Lead communication with strategic suppliers of the category and manage internal governance and agreements follow-up and repot
- Internal reference in the operation and knowledge of the purchasing category, leading integral multi-country negotiation initiatives and coordinating needs with the Aquanima regions, as well as identifying common needs and proposing advantageous global solutions
- Proactivity in knowledge and new sourcing tools management
- Monitoring of agreements and measuring supplier performance
- To participate in the development and implementation of internal Aquanima projects that contribute to improve the functioning of the organization and the generation of knowledge in the assigned purchasing categories.
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years in a similar position in procurement/consulting to occupy the category of Senior Procurement Analyst
EDUCATION
University. Mainly Engineer careers, ADE, etc. High academic record desirable, with some post-graduate studies to be assessed

- English and Spanish High level essential
