Responsibilities:
Break down delivery process, activities, and related details
Based on deep dive and deep understanding of customers requirements, delivery process, activities and deliverables, optimize the delivery activities and process, improve automation quality, and efficiency of whole delivery team
Manage customers questions, requirements, and manage our improvement solution in a timely manner
Customers communication
Finish above delivery optimization and improvement, be responsible for the technical delivery of the project.
Qualifications:
Experience: Technical management with minimum of 5 years in Radio Optimization & Planning services, specializing in large-scale network environments
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in network performance monitoring and multilayer radio optimization strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Expert at leading technical teams and bridging the gap between complex technical solutions and executive-level communication (Managers/Directors).
Strategic Design: Proven capability in architecting technical processes and designing solutions that drive measurable project success.
Soft Skills: A self-driven professional with a high degree of accountability and the agility to thrive in fast-paced, challenging project environments.
Preference: Specialized experience in Mas Orange/Orange/Mas Movil projects or Real Time Monitoring delivery is a significant advantage. xpzdshu
Linguistic Skills: Full professional proficiency in English (Minimum B2/C1) and Spanish.
