PbWhat will be your mission? /b /ppbr/ppYou will join a multinational company providing advanced electrical solutions and power management technologies, delivering reliable, efficient, and safe energy distribution to industrial and commercial clients. /ppbr/ppAs a Data Center Project Manager, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle for complex data center projects—from initial order intake through design, implementation, construction, and final handover. /ppbr/ppYou will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure tailored, high-quality solutions for critical infrastructure, covering medium- and low-voltage equipment, UPS systems, batteries, and integrated automation and monitoring platforms like DCIM and EPMS. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /ppbr/pulliLead and manage projects from planning to delivery, including design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning for critical electrical and automation systems. /liliOrganize and guide project teams; facilitate kick-off and progress meetings to ensure alignment of all stakeholders. /liliMaintain project schedules, monitor risks, and implement mitigation plans proactively. /liliControl budgets, monitor margins, manage scope changes, and provide precise financial forecasts. /liliServe as the primary contact for on-site activities, including testing, commissioning, and handover processes. /liliEnsure projects meet objectives in safety, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and timely delivery. /liliPromote best practices and continuous improvement by analyzing lessons learned and recommending enhancements. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements: /b /ppbr/ppbWhat do you need to make a match? /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering; Project Management certification with construction experience is a plus. /liliMinimum 5 years managing construction projects, ideally including data centers or medium-voltage infrastructure; experience in large industrial automation projects is advantageous. /liliStrong technical knowledge in electrical engineering and data center/medium-voltage systems. /liliFamiliarity with energy management, power control, mission-critical systems, or building management systems is desirable. /liliProfessional level of English; additional European languages are an advantage. /liliValid driving license and willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required. /liliProven leadership and team management capabilities. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWe offer: /b /ppbr/ppbWhat do you receive in the process? /b /ppbr/pulliPermanent contract with a competitive base salary (b65.000€ - 75.000€ gross/year /b) and bonus. /liliTravel expenses covered for client visits and project-related trips (flights, accommodation, meals). /liliCompetitive benefits. /liliCompany-provided equipment, including laptop, mobile phone, and project tools. /liliContinuous technical training and career growth opportunities within a global environment. /liliAdvanced systems, tools, and structured processes to support project delivery. /liliProfessional development programs, feedback culture, and clear career progression paths. /liliDetailed onboarding and structured induction support. /liliHybrid working model: remote during onboarding, then up to 50% on-site in Zaragoza and regular project visits. /li /ul
