About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition for consumer lending products.Manage acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliation).Analyze campaign performance and optimize results to maximize return on investment (ROI).Identify new growth opportunities in the fintech sector and propose innovative customer acquisition strategies.Develop branding campaigns to strengthen the company’s position in the consumer lending and automotive financing sectors.Collaborate with the product team to align marketing strategies with the development of new financial solutions.Oversee the conversion funnel, identifying areas for improvement to increase acquisition efficiency.Implement customer retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust acquisition strategies according to industry best practices.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in fintech, banking, or consumer sectors.Previous experience in B2C marketing strategies, preferably in financial products or consumer lending.Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).Ability to analyze data and key metrics, with experience in report generation.Exceptional communication skills and content writing focused on conversion.Proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
