**Responsibilities**:
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interviews and other hiring and selection materials.
- Manages job postings with focus on employer brand.
- Assists managers on requirements and needs to define profiles.
- Assists with the interview process, attends and conducts interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensures a close relationship with business lines in order to provide advisory and delivery meeting in line with business strategies and provide real time feedback.
Experience and Background:
- At least three years of experience in talent recruitment.
- Previous experience in big multinationals understanding complex matrix organizations.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment tools especially Workday.
- University degree and master or postgraduate education in related matters will be a plus (Master in HR, recruitment training etc.).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Data analytics experience will be a plus.
