It is aboutpartner acquisition, clean launches, growth enablement, and performance ownership. The Affiliate Growth Manager owns the end-to-end growth and performance of affiliate traffic, while also acting as the internal owner of landing pages and funnel experiments. The role combines:Affiliate management, optimization, quality & profitabilityActive sourcing and onboarding of new partnersLanding pages & funnels overseeing (research, hypotheses, requirements, testing)You will report directly to theHead of Growthand work closely with affiliates, product, and project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Partner Acquisition & OnboardingActively source, vet, and recruit new affiliate partners across priority GEOs.Lead partner onboarding end-to-end: commercial setup, tracking, caps, routing, and launch coordination.Set up and validate tracking (Trackier and internal tools), postbacks, and funnels before go-live.Ensure clean, compliant, and scalable launches with new partners.Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential partners.Affiliate Growth & Performance ManagementScale selected partners after onboarding based on performance and quality.Monitor volume, ROI, margins, and overall
