This is a full‑time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon.

Our Mission 🚀
Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. Transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. Identify growth levers, launch experiments, and show the team how to build. Lead from the front, testing hypotheses, launching new channels, and demonstrating results.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer–Market Fit.
* Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t. Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
* Architect funnels and campaigns (hands‑on). Map out funnels, oversee implementation, set up tracking, and ensure machine operation before scaling budgets.
* Relentless optimization (CRO & A/B Testing). Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself; dig into data to find winners.
* Proactively hunt for friction points in the user journey. Audit pages, propose fixes, and implement tests immediately.
* Explore and scale acquisition channels beyond core Paid Social, identifying new winners for maximum ROI/ROAS.
* Manage the content factory: analyze ad performance, provide data‑backed briefs, and quickly scale winning angles.
* Design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content).
* Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion. Identify constraints and reasons.
* Lead the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) as a player‑coach. Manage, train, and, if necessary, terminate team members.
* Align sales and revenue quality: prioritize high‑intent leads, set up tight feedback loops with Sales, and stop campaigns that bring low‑quality leads.
Tools you’ll master: GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and any other tools that help you see what others miss.
KPIs you’ll own:
* LTV / CAC ratio
* Funnel conversion rates by stage
* Experiment launches per week

* Conversion rates 2× better than baseline
* Continuous growth experimentation runs

Do You Recognize Yourself?
Experience
* Minimum of 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.
* Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that improve revenue, user activation, or conversion measurably.
