We are looking for a Sales Administration & Logistics Intern who will contribute to develop the business of the Company in Spain and Portugal.
The non-limiting tasks of Sales Administration & Logistics Intern include:
* Process the orders from the beginning, from reception of the order, shipping, to customer invoicing
* Ensure a smooth and effective delivery tracking
* Resolve the disputes related to orders and / or deliveries manage damaged deliveries and input the credit note in the system
* Management of a close communication with the customers
* Develop dashboards and activity monitoring, sales data analysis, and customer reports
* Daily contact with the local platforms in Spain and other offices around Europe
Master's degree in Logistics and International Trade or similar qualifications
* Possibility of developing an internship agreement with an Spanish university of at least 3-6 months
* Interest in developing a successful experience in logistics and supply chain
* Languages: the person must be fluent in English and Spanish
* Proficient in Excel
* Knowledge about SAP or similar ERPs would be highly appreciated
