WHAT YOU WILL DO
As part of our Dispersions Customer Service team, in Tarragona, you will collaborate in the following areas:
* Being the main internal contact for customers, you manage day-to-day order enquiries and are responsible and accountable for all order-related activities.
* In close cooperation with Account Management and Supply Chain, Transport Management, and logistic providers (deposit and transport) you ensure a seamless order-flow and ensure correct and prompt customer order processing.
* You also provide the customer and sales team with the relevant information relative to order processing and deliveries' status.
* Your main tools are SAP R/3 (Module SD) in parallel with an BASF own Order Monitoring Cockpit and MS Office; this includes the data maintenance required for e-commerce channels & SAP master data.
* You handle customers' products returns and corresponding Non-Conformance-Management.
* You guarantee that consignment process runs smoothly and physical inventory taking for consignment stock at least once a year is properly handled and adhering to company rules.
* You regularly monitor inventories and make sure proper actions are taken to minimize the impact on capital costs.
* You finally ensure that the invoices and credit notes are issued correctly and promptly in the respect of corporate procedures and current tax regulations.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* Bachelor Degree in a relevant area (Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.)
* Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in in Logistics, Customer Service or Supply Chain positions.
* High level of Italian and English, Spanish appreciated.
* Customer focus, collaboration and communication skills.
