A leading company in the luxury cosmetics sector, headquartered in Barcelona and present across several European countries, is seeking a Public Relations & Communication Manager to lead strategic press and media initiatives across the region. This role offers the opportunity to shape brand visibility, manage high-impact campaigns, and collaborate with top-tier press agencies in a dynamic, international environment. Main Tasks & Duties Develop and execute PR and media strategies aligned with the brand’s global positioning. Manage relationships with corporate and local press teams to ensure consistent and effective media coverage. Oversee press trip planning, interviews, and press events across European markets. Lead negotiations and budget management for PR contracts and activities. Coordinate with press agencies on daily operations, including media requests and content creation. Monitor media output and impressions, using KPIs to assess performance and optimize strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and Training teams to support product launches and campaigns. Handle administrative tasks including monthly expenses, invoices, and logistics related to press activities. Functional Skills: Fluency in French, Spanish, and English (Italian is a plus). Proven experience in press strategy development and execution. Strong writing, editing, and content adaptation skills. Budget planning and agency coordination expertise. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Strategic thinker with creative flair. Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in press and communications, ideally within the luxury industry.
