We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead and coordinate global marketing initiatives, including campaigns, product launches, brand projects, and digital initiatives. You'll manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across teams, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency across all marketing channels. You'll work closely with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams and report to the CMO.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage global commercial marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects end-to-end
Coordinate product and feature launches across web, email, and social
Drive brand initiatives while maintaining consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across channels
Manage digital and web projects, coordinating content production for landing pages, email campaigns, and supporting materials
Lead ad-hoc projects with speed and precision
Track, analyze, and report on results against defined KPIs
Requirements
5+ years in marketing project management or similar roles
Experience in fintech, trading, or financial markets
Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Creative and results-driven
On-site availability in Madrid Paseo de la Castellana 18, Madrid
