What will you do?
• Communicate with clients primarily in German (80%) and English (20%)
• Handle inquiries related to corporate credit cards and transaction issues
• Provide support via phone and email
• Ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
• Work Monday to Friday, 9:00–20:00 (split shifts), with one rotating day off per week
Candidate profile
• Native or fluent in German
• High level of English
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
• Reliable, flexible, and professional
• Eligible to work in Spain starting September 2025
