Engineering Manager (Solutions Architecture / Sports)
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Manager with a passion for Solutions Architecture to lead the technical delivery of high-impact, innovative products for our client. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical delivery of modern digital ecosystems for sports clients, including fan engagement platforms, performance analytics and SaaS tools.
* Architect scalable, high-performance solutions using clean architecture principles and DevOps best practices.
* Provide hands-on coding and technical expertise in .NET/C#, JavaScript (React/Angular), Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
* Mentor and guide a talented team of engineers through code reviews, process improvements, and professional development.
* Collaborate with product teams to design and deliver innovative, user-focused solutions.
* Enhance developer experience by championing best practices, streamlined workflows, and robust engineering processes.
* Contribute to strategic leadership, with opportunities to shape engineering culture and grow into a broader role.
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer with a focus on solutions architecture.
* Strong technical skills in .NET/C#, JavaScript (React/Angular), Azure, CI/CD and microservices architecture.
* Experience designing and delivering scalable digital solutions, ideally in sports, entertainment, or similar industries.
* Bilingual French/English is a significant advantage, as some clients are based in France and across Europe.
