Main tasks: Lead and Coordinate the dialogue and relationship with TSOs (Amprion, 50Hertz, Tennet, TransnetBW) and DNOs in the process of securing grid connection points in Germany from early-stage development to handover. Managing the negotiation and agreement process of the grid application process. Ensuring compliance with the regulatory and technical framework of the company's portfolio projects in Germany. Supporting the EPC department in the technical and economic scope related to grid connection solutions. Requirements: Minimum five (5) years of project management experience in the renewable sector. Proven experience in project management of conventional or renewable energy generation projects with utilities in the German market is required. Background in electrical engineering or engineering related to the renewable energy sector. Proven experience in simulation, deep knowledge of German grid code, grid applications and project certification. High level of German and English (spoken and written) is essential. Technical experience in the construction of renewable energy generation and storage plants is desirable. Proven experience in the German market will be a plus. Technical experience in construction of High Voltage infrastructures (HV Lines and Substations) is a plus. Proven experience in the German market will be a plus. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility for frequent stays in Germany will be required. Knowledge of related software such as DigSilent, Etap, CYMCAP as well as a high skills with the Microsoft Office package especially Microsoft Project will be highly considered. Working with consultants/technical advisors and contractors related to interconnection infrastructures. Preparation of project schedules including development milestones, interconnection infrastructures, construction and commercial operation. Supporting the legal and development team to optimise projects in time and cost.
