Our client is looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join their dynamic hybrid team in Madrid. Expect a fast-paced environment, uncapped commission, and even Friday afternoons off to start your weekends early.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you’ll be right at the heart of the sales engine:
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify new opportunities through market research and outreach
- Connect with e-commerce businesses and understand their needs
- Deliver tailored demos and proposals that showcase real value
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with confidence
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Track your performance and forecast results like a true sales pro
What We’re Looking For
You might be the perfect match if you:
- Have at least 6 months of sales experience (B2B SaaS is a big plus)
- Speak German at C2 level and English at B2 or higher
- Enjoy building relationships and communicating with clients
- Are goal-driven and motivated by results
- Thrive in collaborative, international environments
- Adapt quickly and enjoy learning new tools and strategies
