Senior DevSecOps Engineer - Quantum + AI - San Sebastián
We’re seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead our security and automation strategy, strengthen our cloud infrastructure, and support deployments for enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate with a high-level technical team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead and improve DevSecOps practices and security automation.
* Mentor engineers on secure development and cybersecurity best practices.
* Implement tools and processes that enhance software delivery and security.
* Support deployments for Fortune 500 clients.
* Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot security and infrastructure solutions.
* Contribute to internal platform design and cross-team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
* 8+ years in DevSecOps.
* Strong AWS/Azure network and security expertise.
* Experience with SAST, DAST, SIEM, SSO, penetration testing, incident response.
* Knowledge of cryptographic controls and key management.
* Experience with Terraform and standard DevOps tools/practices.
* Proficiency in Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages.
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Cloud/security certifications (AWS, Azure, CCNA/CCNP) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD, EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
* Multi-cloud or hybrid environment experience.
* Knowledge of service meshes (Istio), PostgreSQL, SaaS deployments, and release management.
* Experience supporting ML/analytics infrastructure is a bonus.
