About the Role
* Oversee all galley operations, maintaining six-star culinary standards.
* Supervise daily food preparation and ensure impeccable presentation and quality across all dining services.
* Lead and inspire a multicultural team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Maintain compliance with stringent health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
* Manage inventory, procurement, and food cost control to ensure efficiency.
* Deliver excellence under high-pressure conditions, as there are no days off during the 4-month contract.
Preferred Qualifications
* Extensive experience in luxury cruise operations, such as six-star cruise lines.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
* Exceptional culinary expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.
* Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to cover the initial costs of certifications (STCW, Seaman's Book, C1D Visa, and medical exams).
