CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist
*(Remote - CET ± 4 h)*
This hybrid role blends deep hands-on Mautic expertise with multichannel Campaigns and Customer Success coordination across clients, internal devs, and the CEO.
You will be both the technical marketing operator keeping campaigns running and the face of day-to-day value delivery for our managed deliverability and optimized profitability ESP offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Mautic stack: installations, upgrades, plugins, security.
- Audit and tune cronjobs via SSH on servers.
- Identify and fix misconfigurations.
- Query Amazon Athena for KPI validation and ad-hoc insights.
- Monitor deliverability with tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, MXToolBox.
- Integrate Mautic with websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API/Webhooks.
- Act as primary Success contact: schedule stand-ups, gather requirements, translate into tickets, track SLAs.
- Coordinate hand-offs between dev team, CEO, and clients.
- Present weekly performance reports.
- Capture feedback and prioritize optimizations.
- Co-own JIRA boards, run experiments, prospect and scope new clients.
**Traits & Skills:**
- 2-4 years CRM/Marketing Automation experience, 1+ year as primary Mautic owner.
- SQL proficiency on Amazon Athena.
- Linux CLI skills: cron, grep, bash scripting.
- Clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Project management skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT/Copilot.
- Bonus: experience with Optimove, Bird.com, Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable; proficiency in French.
- Alignment with Amazon Leadership Principles.

**Success in 30/60/90 Days:**
- 30 days: Configure new sending domain, document checklist, coordinate with client.
- 60 days: Lead Customer Success for one client, achieve growth metrics, conduct weekly syncs.
- 90 days: Manage 3 clients end-to-end with minimal intervention, source new clients.
