We are looking for a Senior Production Support , with experience in Java , working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.
Functional analysis profile, a functional layer for incident analysis and support with experience in BAU teams, to be able to channel incidents, analyze them, and review them with the BAU technical team.
4 years' experience in maintenance of web applications based on Java, ideally on Agile methodologies
Certification in ITIL or a similar service management methodology (ServiceNow)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects
Advanced knowledge of web technologies, monitoring tools, and performance analysis
Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban)
User level knowledge JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams tools
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
Good English level (C1) you will be working with international teams
Good Spanish level
Hybrid Málaga. 3 days a week in the office.
