As they prepare for an exciting new chapter of growth, they are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Director to join their team in Valencia and play a pivotal role in shaping the festival's brand and reach.
About the Role:
This is a critical leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy, elevating brand visibility, and ensuring successful audience engagement for upcoming events. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and creative teams to craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with a global audience.
Given the fast-paced nature of the business and its current momentum, we are looking for someone who is available to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional open to contract or freelance work, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for major music festival events
* Lead brand positioning, audience targeting, and digital marketing efforts across all platforms
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns
* Oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics, and reporting
* Manage content creation, social media, influencer partnerships, and PR strategy
* Drive ticket sales and audience growth through data-driven decision-making
* Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within live events, entertainment, or lifestyle brands
* Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing strategies
* Creative mindset with a passion for music, culture, and community engagement
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
* Immediate availability
