Salary: €45.000 – €52.000 gross per annum + car allowance
This fast growing, innovative company is looking for a Partnership Manager. As a Partnership Manager, you will have a crucial role in our business: you are THE person who selects, trains and follows our franchise partners and help them on their way to becoming successful members of our ecosystem. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, sell our concept and ensure its development through the constitution of a quality network. To succeed, you will have to implement management skills such as finance, logistics, recruitment and legal, and you might have to travel.
You are keen on developing your own project
You are very flexible in terms of responsibilities, not afraid to concur a challenge, able to bent no into a yes, and willing to grow our business as if it was yours.
You have acquired a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in franchise network development or recruitment. An experience with a high degree of operational proximity (KPI, finance, business) combining recruitment, business development, assistance in setting up a company or any similar field of activity will also be appreciated.
