What you will be doing
* You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Graduate SERVICES BUSINESS DEVELOPER.
* Join the A400M services programme directorate responsible for support and services to the international A400M fleet from an operational and financial perspective.
* Work with a diverse contract portfolio ranging from standard time and material contracts to performance-based contracts.
* Be creative in developing service options, including pooling and sharing assets to maximize value for customers, and in designing contracts that balance customer value with shareholder value.
* Contribute to renewal of several contracts over the next five years, including the GSS contract (UK, FR, SP, BELUX, DE, TK).
* Join the GSS campaign team and shape the future of the A400M in-service operation. Tasks include defining new service models, challenging service delivery competitiveness, collaborating with all involved functions, and working with finance to define a sustainable business case.
* Your development pathway will include at least one rotational placement to support growth into the role.
* Throughout the two-year programme, you will develop into the position of Graduate SERVICES BUSINESS DEVELOPER.
What we are looking for
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:
* A master degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study (Engineering and/or Business or a similar field)
* Recently graduated;
an internship or working student position in the aerospace sector is a plus
* Ideally, first knowledge about the aerospace industry, alternative business models, and service models
* Strong verbal and written communication in English;
Spanish is a plus
* A desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation
* The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development
