About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and proactiveOnboarding Leadto oversee and deliver high-quality onboarding experiences for both clients and employees.This role combines hands-on onboarding delivery with operational leadership. As an Onboarding Lead, you will manage complex onboarding cases while also ensuring the onboarding team operates efficiently and consistently across processes and jurisdictions.You will play a critical role in ensuring onboarding operations run smoothly, supporting team members, improving processes, and maintaining high service standards throughout the onboarding journey.What You'll Be Doing ???Lead onboarding activities for key clients, including kickoff calls, platform walkthroughs, and initial onboarding planning.Manage the most complex and high-value client and employee onboarding processes end-to-end.Coordinate complex employee onboarding processes, including collecting required information and preparing employment documentation.Act as a key point of coordination across internal teams including payroll, finance or legal.Manage client issues and escalations related to onboarding, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate internal escalation where required.Support the onboarding team in managing onboarding workflows, resolving blockers, and maintaining timelines.Monitor onboarding pipelines to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and service levels are maintained.Identify operational risks or delays and proactively address issues to ensure successful onboarding outcomes.Own and drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes, documentation, and internal workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.Maintain visibility over onboarding metrics and operational performance to ensure service quality.Ensure onboarding documentation and system records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.Some of the Reasons We'll Love You ??You have experience in onboarding, operations, HR services, or client delivery roles — ideall
