**The work**:
We are expanding the Capability Network Team in Spain and we are looking for experienced **HR Transformation Consultant **with experience in Digital HR Transformation and HR Cloud to join our Talent & Organization practice.
Joining the network of Accenture’s Talent & Organization professionals, within the Capability Network, you will get the opportunity to work with more than 300 clients in the Fortune 500 globally across 40+ industries in the areas of Change Management, Organization Transformations and Human Resources.
You’ll rely on our methodology and the whole variety of tools to gather organizations’ business needs and people expectations to design, develop and deliver high impact interventions and solutions for transformation projects.
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an HR Transformation Consultant a typical project might include the below activities:
- Participate in large general/international transformation projects and able to understand the client’s needs, define the best way and solution to reach the desired outcome delivering high performance
- Opportunity to work with global top clients from Fortune 500 on large scale projects
- Understand HR business problems and translate them into data driven models which support clients in organizational and workforce related decisions and analysis
- Supporting clients in defining their HR north star vision, strategy, and HR operating model which will define their organization and ways of working
- Supporting clients in adopting new ways of working and data driven approaches supported by HCM solutions in order to boost their HR performance and business efficiency
- Identify and select the best-in-class (tech) solution based on workforce needs, aligned with best practices
- Create and map Employee Experiences and identify the right processes and or/technologies to best enable these
- Communicate your ideas and proposals in a clear, structured, short and incisive way
- Identify potential project issues and share them with the rest of the team in a timely manner
- Collaborate productively in cross-functional and international teams
**Here’s what you need**:
- 3 - 4 years of experience working within international HR departments and/or consulting firms - preferably with experience with HCM suites (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Cornerstone on Demand ) and HR Analytics
- Extensive understanding of end-to-end HR landscape and processes
- Experience working with multiple countries and cultures in a multinational context is going to be paramount in this role
- Confidence in running workshops and using design thinking methodologies to explain complex topics and win hearts and minds
- Experience in Data visualization using Tableau or PowerBI to help tell a compelling data driven story
- Ability to execute projects and deliverable while still bringing innovation to your work and agility to your approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organization levels, especially C-Level
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken); other European languages would be a plus- Ability to work in large complex international/global projects/program, able to engage people across locations and teams
