About the role :
As a European Business Development Executive in Cisco IOT, you will be responsible for acting as internal support to the vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.
What you'll do :
* Engage with the CISCO IOT Business Unit, conducting desk training, tool training, and driving product mind share.
* Support the development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth in the IOT division for CISCO within Europe.
* Build and maintain an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company’s CRM system (Compass).
* Provide weekly reports to the vendor on sell-out activity, track performance of promotional activities, and manage the deal pipeline.
* Support the execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager.
* Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address them accordingly.
* Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams.
What we're looking for :
* Previous experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the B2B scope.
* Understanding of the B2B IT Market.
* Experience as a Business Developer would be a significant advantage.
* High proficiency in English, as communication across multiple European countries is required.
* Business planning experience with a strong operational cadence.
* Location: Porto.
