We are now recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager to join COYA Ibiza for the Summer 2026 season.
Experience you will need:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brandPrevious experience working in seasonal venues is essentialStrong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a teamFamiliar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and eventsAbility to build strong relationships at all levels and with guestsAbility to motivate and drive the teamAttention to detail with good customer serviceExtensive wine knowledgeAbility to work under pressure and have excellent time managementA team player, pro-active with a can-do attitudeExcellent communication skills. Must have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and EnglishCommitted to personal development and a passion for working with people.
