The opportunity
The Executive Risk Management function is seeking an experienced Risk Management professional to join the Global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. In this role, you will contribute to strengthening EY's Global ERM Program by collaborating with and reporting to the Global RM / ERM Leadership and the ERM Program Director. You will work with the ERM network to implement a program that promotes proactive risk behavior to protect the organization while enabling growth within its risk appetite.
A key project involves engaging the ERM network across regions and countries to enhance existing processes, methodologies, and tools for ERM program implementation and operations. You will support local teams and lead learning and development initiatives for the network.
This opportunity is location-agnostic and involves minimal travel.
Your key responsibilities
1. Advance understanding of risk management processes and frameworks, facilitate risk identification and assessment, and implement best practices like COSO and ISO 31000 tailored to EY.
2. Develop components of the ERM program, including approach, methodology, risk reporting, Key Risk Indicators, and risk appetite.
3. Manage ERM activities and projects ensuring operational execution, quality, and timely delivery.
4. Collaborate with Digital RM technology teams to develop and maintain GRC and Power BI tools for increased visibility and impact.
5. Create impactful risk reporting templates and dashboards leveraging data analytics tools.
6. Build relationships across risk sub-functions and the ERM network to establish credibility and foster collaboration.
7. Lead Learning and Development initiatives to promote ERM awareness and capabilities across EY.
8. Support the Communication Strategy by preparing content as needed.
9. Assist regions and countries in implementing a consistent ERM program across geographies.
10. Deliver projects according to schedule, with flexibility for adjustments.

Qualifications
* University degree in Business or Risk Management with at least 3 years of ERM experience.
* Proficiency in risk management concepts, compliance, and regulations.
* Experience working with diverse global teams and influencing consensus.
* Experience with GRC tools and reporting software.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred skills
* Experience with Power BI.
* Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Flexibility to work outside standard hours occasionally.
