As a member of QnityTax, the individual performing this job is responsible for performing the role of Transfer Pricing Analyst for a variety of businesses and subsidiaries in any region.
Responsibilities
Set the transfer price of related‐party transactions in all regions in compliance with Qnity Transfer Pricing policy & guidelines.
Maintain financial data in the Transfer Pricing Systems.
Monitor subsidiaries' profit level indicators per Qnity Global Transfer Pricing Policy & guidelines and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Provide input and support to the Global Transfer Pricing Team searching for improvements to the process.
Participate in various projects for the purpose of improving process efficiencies and effectiveness, such as SAP implementation, supply chain optimization, business integration/separation, etc.
Calculate / set transfer prices for the transfers for all the regions in compliance with the Qnity Transfer Price policy & guidelines.
Ensure proper Distribution Agreements are in place for all Legal Entities.
Monitor tested parties as per Qnity Transfer Price policy & guidelines.
Maintain the Transfer Price systems.
Perform SAP month‐end activities and run monthly TPE closing process.
Run monthly reports in TPE.
Support Tax organization in all regions with transfer price documentation, particularly during tax audits.
Provide input and support to the Global TP Team searching for improvements to the process.
Participate in special projects (SAP implementation, supply chain optimization, business integration/separation, etc.).
Qualifications
SAP Knowledge FI‐CO is a must; ML is desired.
University Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.
Business proficiency in English is a must and another ECC language is required.
Green belt certification is a plus.
Sound knowledge of basic tax principles.
Microsoft Office knowledge – Excel is a must.
Power BI and Alteryx is desired.
Good analytical and continuous improvement skills.
Results‐oriented, with initiative and independence (able to make quick/reliable decisions on month‐end closing).
Strong interpersonal skills and networking.
