WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Present and provide financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports)
Ensure that regular meetings are held for cost reviews, budgetary control
Lead all financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting
Lead local finance teams
Standardize and harmonize local finance and accounting process
Initiate improvement projects to ensure efficient local finance processes
Ensure local accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS's) are met
Lead period closing activities for PME branches
Collaborate with executives and directors to create business plans and track key performance indicators
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and governance, including JSOX coordination
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR University degree in financial / economic studies or similar education and experience
At least years in the accounting experience
Experience of working in a centralized European team
Good time management and organizational skills
High attention to detail, quality and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Works well under pressure and embraces challenges
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of SAP S4
Fluent in English
Experience in working with IFRS would be an asset
