We are supporting our client to secure a highly skilled and motived Senior SCADA Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. As Senior SCADA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, expansion, and optimisation of SCADA systems.

Responsibilities:
Leading the design, development, and implementation of communication and SCADA systems for renewable energy projects, including system architecture, component selection, and technical specifications
Coordinating and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, IT, and control room staff, to ensure seamless SCADA system integration
Serving as the primary technical point of contact for SCADA vendors, TSOs, and regulatory authorities
Overseeing and managing SCADA engineering projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality requirements
Implementing cybersecurity measures to protect SCADA systems and communication networks
Ensuring that all communication network architectures and SCADA system designs comply with local, national, and international standards relevant to renewable energy
Engaging with clients, contractors, and suppliers, providing clear and precise information on communication network and SCADA engineering matters, and actively participating in meetings, presentations, and technical reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
